Trident Support Services are available to help you 24×7. Our goal is to provide exceptional service from ticket submission through issue resolution. With this in mind we offer multiple ways to submit a service request including phone, email, online or through our customer portal.

For critical (P1) or time sensitive requests, please call our service line to get a ticket opened immediately (business hours) or leave a message that pages the on-call engineer (off-hours). All service requests will be responded to per the SLA agreement in your support contract. Please note, any request submitted electronically during nonbusiness hours will be worked the next business day.
